INTERVIEW WITH THE AUTHOR
In this fourth Mind Sleuth thriller, Rebecca Marte, the FBI agent readers first met in Mind in Chains, is even more of a main character than Dr. Sam Price. Rebecca is now an ex-agent and working as a private investigator hired to prove the high priestess of a local witch's coven is innocent of murdering a man during a coven ritual. The priestess, who is also an important member of the St. Louis business community, claims she was possessed. Rebecca is not one to accept the existence of literal demons, but she does think it's possible that figurative demons can be lurking in the mind. She contacts Sam "Doc" Price to help her figure it out/

Doc is on a mission to find his kidnapped fiancée, Nicole Veles. It's taken him through several states and gotten him in the occasional trouble with the law, but he's not giving up. Meanwhile, Nicole's mind has been wiped of most of her real memories and altered ones put in their place. I enjoyed the different viewpoints used in this book, especially Nicole's.

This series just keeps getting better and better thanks to the addition of some great new characters.
